Make your own insertion and edging laces with this pretty set! Covered in roses and scrolls, these lace pieces are meant to be appliqued on English Cotton Netting. They can also be appliqued on batiste or other light cotton fabrics – like the shoulder straps of the little dress in the pictures.

Rose Lace includes  a window pane applique centerpiece and 2 coordinating corner pieces that fit  in a 4×4 hoop. Rose Lace also includes 3 insertion laces, 2 scalloped edgings and 1 double-sided scalloped lace. Each piece is approximately 1″ wide, and included in up to 4 lengths (3½”, 7”, 10½”, and 14”) depending on the format you order. The pattern on the length is repeating.  Detailed instructions are included in a PDF file.

I made the dress shown in the pictures using the Dainty Underclothes Slip Pattern by Kari Me Away.  You can find it here.  In the instructions, I’ve explained how I used the pattern and the insertion laces together.

The trim around the outside edge of the bodice is not included (it’s from Hobby Lobby). 😋

Hoop Sizes:  4×4, 5×7, 6×10, and 6×15 (Please note:  PCS and SEW formats only include the 4×4 designs.  HUS format includes the 4×4 and 5×7 designs. JEF format includes the 4×4, 5×7, and 6×10 designs.)
