I used Soft Loft Fusible Stabilizer from A Bit of Stitch to make the placemat. To embroider the applique, I used soft fusible stabilizer from ALLSTITCH, and I floated SULKY’S TOTALLY STABLE STABILIZER under the design to prevent puckering. Click here to find more tea time designs!
