Planes, Trains, and Automobiles includes detailed instructions to make each project from start to finish. The three playmats can be combined so that you have a large mat with the road and rails intersecting, along with the airport. You can use the blocks in any of the quilt sets to make quilts, pillows, bags, backpacks, play mats, placemats, and other fun projects. Â
At the Track: This quilt can be made with a 4″ hoop, 5″ hoop, or 6″ hoop. You can make a quilt just like mine, or you can design your own track in any size you want using the included track section templates. This set includes 13 track sections (some are two-piece sections), 15 extra squares, 2 border pieces, 9 road signs, lap numbers, racing flags, a pocket, an overpass, and a car wash. Â
Cars on the Go: This car carries is made with a 5″ x 7″ hoop. Detailed instructions are included to make the 24-pocket car carrier shown in the photographs. All of the squares, pockets, and pocket flaps are made in the hoop. You can also design your own carrier with a different number of pockets or a different track. Samples of different car carriers are included in the instructions. The 24 pocket and 36 pocket samples include track sections from AT THE TRACK.
Bedtime Rail Line Quilt: This quilt can be made with a 4″ hoop, 5″ hoop, or 6″ hoop. You can design a railroad of any size or shape using the included templates. This set includes 34 rail sections, four water features, and a 3D Railroad Crossing Sign. Thomas Trains, Chuggington, Nuchi, BRIO, and Lionel Wooden Trains will have a smooth ride on the raised rails! Each rail section is included in two densities so you can choose how high your rails will be. I’ve used PuffyStitch Puff Foam under the rails to created the raised stitching. Â
Bedtime Rail Line Accessories: These accessories can be made with a 5″x7″ or 6″ x 8″ hoop. The Bridge is very sturdy with raised rails to match the quilt. The arch is large enough for even the taller trains, and it will span the car track if you are combining the Bedtime Rail Line with AT THE TRACK. The Roundhouses all have real windows, so you can see the trains parked inside, and the turntable actually turns! This set includes a straight roundhouse, a corner roundhouse, roundhouse quilt squares with special rails and snap guides, and a turntable with a coordinating quilt square. Different roundhouse layouts are included. The Train Station has real windows on all four sides, a steep pitched roof, and a cute little door. The Tunnel is sized to fit the railroad tracks and the car tracks. Bedtime Rail Line Alphabet: This blocks in this set can be made with a 4″ hoop, 5″ hoop, or 6″ hoop. Use this fun applique set to make a colorful alphabet quilt, a quick wall hanging with your favorite train lover’s name, totes, pillow shams, and more. You can also combine it with the BEDTIME RAIL LINE as a border, to fill in squares between the rails, or even to personalize the railroad quilt. Â
Bedtime Airline Quilt: This quilt can be made with a 4″ hoop, 5″ hoop, or 6″ hoop. Design whatever size quilt you want using the included templates. The set includes 3 road sections, 2 parking lots, a helipad, and 16 tarmac sections. Â
Bedtime Airline Accessories: These accessories can be made with a 5″x7″ or 6″ x 8″ hoop.  The Terminal has lots of windows and skylights, an arch, and 3 moving jetways, Arrival and Departure signs, and quilt squares for a pretty entrance with landscaping and a water feature. The Control Tower has lots of levels and windows. The Maintenance Shed comes with little cones. The Hangar is a must for all those airplanes, and you can make it a drive-through hangar if you’d like. Watch the video to see how fun the Bedtime Airline Collection is!
